Being from California, Priscila enjoys traveling with her family going to Solvang all the way to San Francisco. She enjoys reading, eating, and crocheting! Priscila started research during her freshman year with the Reisman group! She was given the opportunity to learn a lot and was able to do a SURF focusing on total synthesis! It was a rewarding experience and she will continue to work with them during her sophomore year! The best piece of advice I can give for research and finding a SURF is joining a lab that has a support system and a mentor that pushes you to be the best scientist AND person you can be!
